At Pink Notebook, we help you discover and book exceptional travel experiences through a curated selection of hotels and flights, fulfilled via trusted third-party providers. Please review the following policy to understand how changes and cancellations work.
 
1. Scope & Role of Pink Notebook
Pink Notebook acts as a travel curator and booking intermediary. We do not own or operate any hotels, airlines, or travel services. All bookings are fulfilled via our accredited partners. When you book through Pink Notebook, you agree to the terms and conditions of these providers in addition to this policy.
 
2. Hotel Bookings
Booking Terms
  • The cancellation and refund rules for each hotel are set by the provider and displayed at checkout.
  • Some bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation.
  • Other bookings may be partially or fully refundable, depending on the hotel’s terms and cancellation window.
Changes & Cancellations
  • If permitted by the provider, we will help you modify or cancel your hotel booking.
  • Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will be refunded in full.
  • For non-refundable bookings or late cancellations, no refund will be issued.
Refunds
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method.
  • Timing depends on the provider, but may take up to 30 business days.
  • Pink Notebook does not charge additional fees for cancellation, but supplier fees may apply.
Special Notes
  • Some hotels may charge resort fees, city taxes, or security deposits at check-in. These are not included in Pink Notebook’s pricing.
  • Damage claims or no-show penalties are the responsibility of the guest and hotel provider.
 
3. Flight Bookings
Booking Terms
  • Your flight ticket is subject to the fare rules and conditions of the airline, which are provided at booking.
  • Pink Notebook books flights via third-party consolidators (e.g., AER) and does not issue or manage tickets directly.
Changes & Cancellations
  • Refundable fares: You may change or cancel in accordance with the airline’s rules, usually subject to a fee and fare difference.
  • Non-refundable fares: These cannot be cancelled or changed after booking.
  • If you do not show up for your flight, no refund will be issued.
Schedule Changes
  • Airlines may change flight schedules due to operational reasons. If your itinerary is affected:
    • We will notify you as soon as we are informed.
    • We will assist in reviewing your options, including rebooking or refunds if permitted by the airline.
Refunds
  • Refunds are processed by the provider or airline.
  • Pink Notebook is not liable for refund delays caused by the airline, consolidator, or payment processors.
 
4. General Conditions
Administration fee
  • Pink Notebook will charge in cases of an involuntarily cancellation or change a nonrefundable handling fee of 25 USD/$ per booking
Local Fees & Taxes
  • Some local fees (e.g. tourist taxes, airport surcharges, resort fees) may be charged directly by the provider and are not included in Pink Notebook’s rates.


Force Majeure
  • Pink Notebook is not responsible for cancellations or changes resulting from events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
Processing & Support
  • For any changes, cancellations, or questions about your booking, please contact Pink Notebook directly.
  • Do not contact the hotel or airline directly, as we manage bookings via our partners.
 
5. Legal & Limitations
Pink Notebook provides curated access to travel experiences. We are not the provider of the services you book. By booking through Pink Notebook, you accept:
  • The individual terms of each provider (airline or hotel).
  • That Pink Notebook is not liable for service quality, schedule changes, or cancellations by the provider.
  • That any dispute regarding changes or refunds is subject to the rules of the provider and applicable law.
