Built in 1915 by José María Mendoza Ussía as headquarters for the Papelera Española paper company, the building keeps its original neoclassical character. Torreones, chamfered corners and classic miradores frame the facade, while inside a central patio, stained-glass windows, marble floors and tile friezes by ceramist Juan Ruiz de Luna recall the property's early twentieth-century origins.
