A concierge handles the logistics that eat into short trips: airport transfers arranged 72 hours ahead (a shuttle fee applies per vehicle), spa and massage bookings made in advance, and tour assistance for hiking, whale swimming and the Saturday market in town. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry and a fitness room are standard, and a conference hall exists, though this isn't a property built around meetings. Check-in runs from 3pm, checkout by 11am, and pets aren't part of the arrangement. Couples marking an occasion, and small groups willing to trade a hotel lobby for a whole villa to themselves, will find the scale works for them. Anyone wanting a big room-service menu, nightlife within walking distance, or other guests to run into at breakfast should book elsewhere, since six units doesn't leave much crowd to meet. What Secret Bay offers that most resorts its size don't is real architectural variety across a handful of villas, so which one gets booked changes the trip more than which hotel does.
