Bijal is a cluster of nineteen villas four kilometres from Manavgat's centre, close enough to explore the neighbourhood on foot, with Buyuk Beach, Side Museum and the ancient city of Side all listed among the nearby sights worth the short trip. What sets it apart from the region's usual room-and-corridor resorts is the spread of villa sizes under one roof: a studio villa with twin beds sits alongside one, two, three and four-bedroom versions, the three-bedroom villa adding a sofa bed for extra guests, so a family or a group of friends can take a whole villa rather than splitting across separate rooms on separate floors. Every villa has its own kitchen, private bathroom, mini bar, blackout blinds and soundproofing, useful details for anyone staying more than a few nights and cooking some of their own meals. Paved walkways connect the villas with step-free access, genuinely useful for wheelchair users moving between doors, though the pool and the beach beyond it are not built the same way, worth knowing before booking if that access matters for the whole stay. A spa centre, a shared pool, laundry, dry cleaning, a safe-deposit box, transfer booking and a concierge cover the rest, and pets can come along for a flat fifty euros per stay rather than a nightly charge. Anyone wanting a beachfront room or a lively pool scene should look elsewhere along this coast. Anyone wanting space, a working kitchen and quiet villas set back from the water will find it here, and unlike Turkey's Aegean side, this stretch of southern Anatolia stays warm and dry well into December, so the season runs longer than the crowds assume. Nineteen villas near Manavgat range from a studio to four bedrooms, each with its own kitchen and step-free paved access, though the pool and beach are not wheelchair-equipped. Pets stay for a flat fifty-euro fee. Southern Anatolia keeps its warmth into December, long after the Aegean coast has cooled.
