Twenty rooms across two floors in the center of Mykonos Town, close enough to Choras Mikonou Beach, Old Port Beach and Megali Ammos Beach to walk down before dinner and back before the nightclub gets going. This is an adults-only house, so families and anyone hoping for a quiet corner away from cocktail hour should look elsewhere. What sets it apart from the town's other boutique addresses is the TownHouse Villa with Terrace and Jacuzzi, an 848-square-foot private space with its own terrace and jacuzzi, a scale the other nineteen rooms don't attempt, several of which top out at 161 to 172 square feet with a bed and little else. Between those two poles sit duplex rooms, sea-view suites and a Junior Suite with Balcony, so the gap between entry-level and top-tier is wide and worth knowing before you book. There's a spa with a massage room and a doctor on call, a gym, and diving, snorkelling and windsurfing arranged through the property. Breakfast, a bar, a restaurant and a snack bar cover the eating; staff speak English, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian and French, useful given how central and social this stretch of Mykonos is. There are no elevators, which matters if stairs and luggage don't mix, and cash transactions are capped at EUR 500 under Greek regulation, so bring a card. Airport transfers and car rental are arranged on request. It suits a couple wanting nightlife within walking distance and staff who move easily between languages; it doesn't suit anyone chasing a quiet retreat set apart from town, because here, town is the point. Twenty rooms, two floors, adults only, in the center of Mykonos Town, minutes from three beaches and the nightlife. Its 848-square-foot Villa with Terrace and Jacuzzi is a scale nothing else here reaches, but there are no elevators, so pack light.
