Inside, the hotel runs three distinct kitchens rather than one: Trotamundos for international plates, Sép7ima for a terrace-side mix of tradition and newer cooking with its own Colmado shop attached, and Breakery with Madreamiga downstairs for coffee and something sweet, alongside 24-hour room service and a buffet breakfast charged separately. The rooftop terrace opens onto panoramic views of the city, and the lobby holds a barbershop next to the concierge desk, a combination not common in a 206-room hotel. Rooms carry memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, satellite television and rain showers, with sizes stretching from compact interior doubles to Junior Suites on the corner of each floor with balconies and city views, and larger Superior Suites for more space.
