The hotel takes adults only, a fact stated plainly on its own website rather than buried in the fine print, and in 2024 it received a Michelin Key as part of the Harisch Hotels group, the year the guide began naming hotels alongside its usual restaurant stars. Eighty-eight rooms sit above an à la carte restaurant called Neuwirt and a Secret Bar set apart from the main lobby, with breakfast built into the nightly rate rather than added on.
