Most suites run to 323 square feet with a king bed and a single sofa bed. The property is adults-only, so it suits couples, friends and anyone traveling without children more than a family booking a beach week, since guests under twelve are not permitted. A garden and terrace lead out to a private beach with snorkelling water, and a spa, business center and conference hall handle the quieter or more practical parts of a stay. Wine tastings and private dinners staged among the tanks give the property a rhythm most seaside hotels do not bother with. From Wine Factory to Hotel
Built in the late 1920s as a currant and wine factory, Dexamenes was later reimagined by k-studio architects into a seaside hotel. Thirty-four former wine tanks and two chemistry labs were converted into suites, preserving the industrial materials and history of the abandoned factory within each guest space.
