It is adults only, with children eleven and under not permitted, and the property has no elevator. Breakfast is cooked to order between eight and eleven each morning, coffee and tea are available, and a snack bar covers the gaps between; evenings tend to gather on the terrace, in the garden, or by the indoor fireplace, an amenity most guesthouses this size skip entirely. Massages can be arranged directly with the property by request, a small-scale spa touch that is rare at a five-room address. Rooms range from a 258-square-foot Standard Queen with blackout blinds and hypoallergenic bedding to a 570-square-foot Deluxe King Suite with a sofa; the Deluxe Queen and Standard Queen rooms add air conditioning, minibars, and desks, and every room comes with a safe and toiletries. Pets stay in designated rooms for a $40 fee, and an airport shuttle can be booked ahead for $37.50 one way. Laundry, luggage storage, a safe-deposit box, and contactless check-in cover the practical side. This suits a couple or solo traveller who wants a quiet, walkable few nights near the river and does not mind arranging pets or transfers in advance. It will not suit families, since children under eleven are turned away, or anyone who specifically needs an elevator.
