You should not come if you need a hotel that does anything beyond clean, comfortable, and well-located, there is no room service, no pool, no spa, no bar, and the smallest rooms are genuinely small. You should come if you want to spend less on your bed and more on the restaurants of the old town, you appreciate a family-run hotel where the owner knows the neighbourhood, and you understand that Nice at its best happens outside the hotel rather than inside it.
