Rooms range from a compact standard to a large sea-view Signature Suite, most fitted with a minibar, safe, bathrobe and blackout blinds. Staff speak English, German, Spanish and Turkish, communal areas take wheelchairs, and pets are not permitted. This suits a couple after a few unhurried days with a real restaurant and a quiet rooftop drink, less a family hunting a kids' club or shallow pool, since babysitting is the only childcare on offer. Check-in runs from 3pm, check-out by noon. Few old-town addresses in Palma can claim the water; this one claims it from a rooftop jacuzzi.
