That duality sets the tone for a hotel built by the Ferragamo family's Lungarno Collection, its only address in Milan, close to San Babila and near enough to the Natural Science Museum and the Galleria d'Arte Moderna to make an afternoon of it without a car. The 73 rooms run from a 377 sq ft Deluxe King Studio to an 840 sq ft two-bedroom family suite with its own soundproofing and blackout blinds, beds finished in Frette Italian linens under down comforters. What no comparable Milan address offers is the Longevity Spa, a full treatment and facial program backed by sauna, steam room and an indoor pool, though it carries its own line item: 40 EUR per person per night. That is the pattern here.
