Days here run to a camel ride through the palm grove, a cooking class with Chef Bahija over Andalou gazpacho and ginger chicken tagine, or coaching on the clay tennis court from Jamal, while children get their own calligraphy and magic lessons. A sidecar tour or bike ride toward the Atlas Mountains breaks the routine of pool and lunch. Couples booking a single room together need a marriage certificate at check-in, worth knowing before arrival, and meals can run limited during Ramadan.
