Dinner Beneath the Temple of Concordia
La Terrazza degli Dei is the only restaurant inside the Valley of the Temples archaeological park, its terrace facing the Temple of Concordia and the Temple of Juno. Executive Chef Massimiliano Ballaro serves a revisited Sicilian menu built on local produce, with vegetarian and vegan options, alongside an à la carte dinner service.
Moonlit Dinners in the Kitchen Garden
The Orto Experience seats guests for a candlelit dinner in the hotel's own vegetable garden, built around the property's home-grown produce and served with a view toward the Temple of Concordia.
