The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm opened in 2020, an 18-floor Art Deco tower on Palm Jumeirah with two outdoor pools and a private beach that arrives by complimentary shuttle rather than a walk across sand. The hotel sits about 23 kilometres from central Dubai, closer to Dubai Marina Beach, Nasimi Beach and Aquaventure than to downtown traffic. Rooms run from 463-square-foot Deluxe doubles with city or limited sea views up to a 969-square-foot Grand King Suite facing the sea, and families travelling with more than two children can take the 1,442-square-foot two-bedroom suite instead of squeezing into a standard double. Cordelia anchors the food side, backed by a second restaurant, a coffee shop and three separate bars (lounge, beach and poolside), plus a buffet breakfast served from 6:30 to 11am, charged separately. The spa runs to full body treatments, a sauna and a steam room, and the business center with eight meeting rooms will suit anyone tacking a conference onto a beach trip. What sets it apart from other Palm properties courting families is a policy that cuts the other way: the beach itself is reserved for guests over 21, so the Sandcastle Kids' Club and children's pool operate as the family zone while the sand stays adult territory. That split works for couples wanting quiet shoreline and for parents happy to keep kids poolside, but it will frustrate anyone booking a family suite expecting beach time together. No pets, no exceptions. Staff speak English, German, Russian and Spanish, and the hotel does not arrange airport transfers, so factor in your own car. A 2020 Art Deco tower on Palm Jumeirah with two pools, a Green Key certification, and a beach reserved for guests over 21 while kids run the pool deck instead. Book a two-bedroom suite if the family's bigger than four; skip it if everyone wants the shoreline together.

Adult Pool and Sandcastle Kids’ Clubare currently undergoing a thoughtful refresh, with works expected to continue until 31 July, 2026. During this period, an alternative adults-only facility will be available at Outdoor Lap Pool, while a temporary Indoor Kids’ Activity Area has been arranged for younger guests. The temperature-controlled Indoor Lap Pool and Family Pool remain fully operational throughout this time. While some construction activity may be visible in select areas, the resort remains fully operational.
Some areas of the hotel will be closed for renovations from April 12, 2026.
