Above ground, the Design Hotels property spreads 159 rooms across eleven floors, all non-smoking, each stocked with bathrobes, slippers and a minibar, and a family room and bridal suite among the categories point to a house built for more than one kind of stay. The Executive King and Executive Superior King suites are sized at 646, each with a private bathroom, safe, telephone and toiletries, while the Standard Queen Studio checks in at 431 with its own private bathroom and a city view. After a day of meetings, the sauna and massage treatments at ONO carry into early evening, the fitness floor stays open around the clock, and QIU serves food from noon through to midnight, seven days a week. Staff move between nine languages without missing a beat, handy for a hotel that also runs a business centre and conference hall for corporate meetings. The fine print asks more of some guests than others: breakfast for an adult runs to 40 EUR, an extra bed adds 120 EUR a night, and a 350 EUR deposit is taken per stay, numbers that matter more to a family watching a budget than to a couple booking the bridal suite for one weekend.
