Sixteen rooms across three floors keep the place small enough that the front desk knows your name by the second morning, with air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, and soundproofing in every Deluxe and Superior category, plus a single Junior Single Suite for solo stays. What separates this address from other boutique conversions in the region is the kitchen: a two-star restaurant led by Silio Del Fabro, built on classic French technique with Mediterranean and Japanese notes, sourced from a biodynamic farming cooperative the hotel itself has a stake in, down to honey from its own bees. A second restaurant, Le petit CINQ, runs alongside it. Saarbrücken's old town, the Modern Gallery, the castle, and the Saar promenade are all walkable from the door.
